• We thoroughly educate our customers about custom shutters, so they can make an informed purchase.
• We schedule a blueprint appointment with our installer at the time of sale, and we strive to set that appointment within one week of the design consultation.
• We offer an installation appointment at the time of the blueprint/measure, and call to confirm that appointment 1-2 days beforehand.
• We strive to fit our shutters to your home's décor by offering numerous framing options and mounting types.  We can fit our shutters to any style or shape of window.
• We have friendly, responsive and effective customer service agents available 7 days a week.

• All designers and installers are Danmer employees, not sub-contractors
• We are fully licensed and bonded.
