Danmer Custom Shutters has actually helped us twice. Last year they installed shutters in about 95 of our windows. There were about 4 windows that we decided we didn't want to have installed at the time. There was a male and female team that came out and spent two days installing the shutters.

I was really thrilled with how professional, clean, and knowledgeable they both were in installing the shutters, whether upstairs or down. They did an extremely good job of covering the carpet when they had to lay down the shutters, and they built the majority of the shutters in the driveway. They were thoroughly professional.

In January or February of this year we had Danmer Custom Shutters come back out to cover the remaining 4 windows. This time it was a different installers, and he did a good job. There was actually a door downstairs that was sagging due to the weight of the shutters, and he was nice enough to help me fix it. We took off a hinge, put it in a vice, bent it, and solved the problem. He went above and beyond what I expected him to do, and I was thoroughly impressed.

Danmer Custom Shutters was really wonderful. There was no pressure or anything on the sale. They took their time. I was so delighted with the upstairs that I called them back to deal with the same people again and ended up getting additional shutters. I have also referred a friend to them.

Their service is excellent. They do what they say, and if anything, they will come early. I appreciate that because I am so used to waiting for people that it is nice to have them come on time or early.

They also leave everything so clean and neat. They make it all really easy. I keep saying that the change is like getting new furniture; I can't believe the difference it made. I had mini-blinds before, so it has made an incredible difference.
